Can I change my wallet provider and how do I do it?

Yes, you can change your wallet provider at any time: Go to Wallet > Wallet Setting > Change Wallet Provider menu.

However, please note that the private key of the wallet address (account) bound to the portal account must first be imported into the wallet provider you want to change to. Let’s say you are using Metamask and want to change to Coinbase. You first need to export the private key from Metamask app and import it into Coinbase wallet. Then, you can change the wallet provider in Wallet Setting menu.

 

What is ‘Select Wallet’?

When you first sign up for the Iskra Portal, you will be asked to select a wallet address (wallet account) to use in the Portal. We advise you to select a wallet address (wallet account) with extra care as it is not possible to change to another wallet address (wallet account) once it is bound with the Portal account.

Can I use multiple Wallet Addresses (Wallet Accounts)?

Only one wallet address (wallet account) can be selected and used for one portal account, and a wallet address bound to an account cannot be used on another portal account.

 

How do I keep my ISKRA wallet safe?

1. Backup your Recovery Phrase
   ISKRA requires that you store your Recovery Phrase in a safe place. It is the only way to recover your funds. The most common method is to write your 12-word phrase on a piece of paper and store it safely in a place where only you have access. Note: if you lose your Secret Recovery Phrase, ISKRA can’t help you recover your wallet. Never give you Secret Recovery Phrase or your private key(s) to anyone or any site, unless you want them to have full control over your funds.

2. Use ISKRA wallet on a personal device
   ISKRA stores the Secret Recovery Phrase, passwords, and private keys in an encrypted format locally on the device where it’s installed.

 

How Do I Make a Deposit to Iskra Wallet?

The following steps are required to receive assets into the Iskra wallet.

1. Access the Iskra wallet.

2. Click the Receive button.

3. Check your Iskra wallet address.

4. Enter the Iskra wallet address where the asset is being sent to.

5. Deposit is complete.

 

How do I Send from Iskra Wallet? Can I Transfer Assets to Another Wallet?

The following steps are required to send assets from the Iskra wallet.

1. Access the Iskra wallet.

2. Click the Send button.

3. Select network to transfer your asset.

4. Select the asset to send, enter the recipient’s address and the amount to send.

5. Sign the transaction.

6. The transfer has been completed.
