Iskra Plans Big “Moves” to Scale in 2024

2024 will be a pivotal year for Iskra as we plan major ‘moves’ that start with the migration of its Hub Chain to a Major Mainnet.  This key decision should promote greater user reach, increased liquidity, and enhanced opportunities for strategic partnerships and will set up other major developments for the coming year.

This big ‘move’ coincides with proposals to update Iskra’s existing tokenomics, including improving utility for its core products like the Pioneer NFT (P-NFT), ISK governance token, and the Community Tier System. Once passed and implemented, early users can expect more rewards, while new users can expect better opportunities as the platform continues to grow.

The migration mainly affects Iskra’s current hub chain and blockchain services (Staking, DEX, etc.), but existing games may remain and new game launches will be coordinated alongside these significant changes and should provide better outcomes for everyone. Integration with Layer Zero will ensure Iskra’s commitment to its seamless omnichain strategy, where it will be able to offer games and services seamlessly across multiple chains.

We’re excited to share Iskra’s roadmap for 2024 as we get ready to SCALE.

Iskra 2024 Roadmap

Please remember that this is a very preliminary and broad view as of today, but we wanted to share as much information as possible at the start of the year. As we enter each month, we will provide more details and milestones as they become available. We are aiming for steady, incremental but compounding growth as 2024 goes by.

Expanding Infrastructure for Liquidity and Reach

Iskra, as an all-in-one platform for both gamers and developers, offers a complete range of products and services that allow both parties to get the most out of their Web3 experience and be rewarded for it.

As our user base grows, so does the need to expand, upgrade, and scale our existing infrastructure to accommodate the needs of our growing community.

After a very thorough evaluation and as part of the company’s strategic decision, we are planning to migrate the main hub chain and expand to a major mainnet within the year. More details will be revealed in Q1. The move will usher in a new phase for Iskra and is expected to bring in a more seamless and user-friendly experience on the Iskra platform, while making our services and games more accessible and cost-effective for everyone.

In addition to our migration and expansion plans to a major mainnet, we will also be working on integrating a LayerZero omnichain solution that will provide the flexibility to facilitate multi-chain games  in the future. The idea is for the ISK token to become the universal token for games and services on the platform, regardless of the chain it is on.

Offering Better Rewards and Outcomes

One defining aspect of Web3 is digital ownership and the principle that if you are early and you participate, you will be rewarded.

The hub chain migration gives the project an opportunity to update Iskra’s tokenomics this year.  There will be a focus on strengthening and improving the utility of Iskra’s native token ISK, as well as our flagship product – the Pioneer NFT aka P-NFT.

Stay tuned for more detailed milestones for the first and second half of the year.

Releasing More Games

One of the biggest goals of any Web3 project is to onboard as many users as possible to Web3. Iskra is in a good position to do that as we work on releasing more games and coordinate this with our mainnet migration. We plan to reach new users, offer more liquidity, and partner with like-minded communities and projects on the new chain.

Keep an eye out for improved reward opportunities that give everyone the chance to win exclusive items, rare NFTs, and early token airdrops. We are working even closer with game developers to offer simple but fun mechanisms that will be unique to the games and the platform.

With a focus on SouthEast Asia, leading with the largest game development company in Indonesia (Agate) to launch ATMA: Battle of Souls.  Iskra hopes to continue to test more game genres such as Tower Defense with Guardians of the Spark, FPS with Juicy Adventure from Grampus, and possibly enter the RTS and MMORPG categories by year end.

Improving Products and Services

2023 was a year of “building” for Iskra. From launching the Iskra Wallet and Bridge to getting the Iskra Launchpad and Market off the ground, it was a year of bringing to life what we have set to bring to the Web3 gaming table.

Now that our core services are released and fully operational, the next logical step for us is to work on improving and strengthening the functionality of products and services that we offer – a continuous commitment that reflects Iskra’s ultimate goal of continuously delivering bigger, better, and top-tier Web3 products and services.

Portal 3.0 aims to improve overall UI and UX, while creating a more seamless experience with the universal utility of the ISK token across chains. The Community Tier System should complete its Beta phase by 2024, in preparation for the official system in 2025.

With Iskra’s roadmap for 2024, we invite everyone to join us in shaping the future of play and playing a pivotal role in redefining the next chapter of Web3 gaming with us.
